At Miss Mary Official, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
International Shipping Acknowledgement
By placing an order with Miss Mary Official, you acknowledge that:

These factors are inherent to international shipping and are outside our direct control.
Refunds for Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived after 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at admin@missmaryofficial.com.
We will investigate the shipment and, where delivery cannot be confirmed, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A full refund
Refunds are issued only after a reasonable investigation period to confirm non-delivery.
Delayed Orders
Delays caused by customs clearance, international transit, carrier processing, weather, or peak periods do not automatically qualify for a refund if the order is still in transit within the estimated delivery window.
We kindly ask customers to allow the full delivery timeframe before requesting a refund.
Delivered Orders
Once an order has been successfully delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund due to:

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping logistics, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly, and disputes submitted without prior contact may delay resolution.
