This policy applies to all subscription-based purchases made through Miss Mary Official.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Overview
Some products on Miss Mary Official are offered as subscription purchases, which provide automatic recurring deliveries at the selected interval (e.g. monthly).
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorize automatic recurring billing using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
Billing & Charges

Subscription charges are billed automatically at the interval selected during checkout

The charge will appear on your bank statement as Miss Mary

Billing continues until the subscription is cancelled by the customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and billing preferences.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by:

Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or

Contacting our support team at admin@missmaryofficial.com
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.
No Refunds for Renewal Charges
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the charge is non-refundable.
This includes cases where:

The customer forgot to cancel

The subscription was not used
-
The customer no longer wishes to receive the product

The customer was unaware of the renewal date
Subscription charges are processed automatically as agreed at checkout.
Shipment of Subscription Orders
Each subscription renewal triggers a new shipment, which is subject to our Shipping Policy.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Failed Deliveries & Lost Orders (Subscriptions)
If a subscription order is confirmed as lost in transit or not delivered within the timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy, we will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include:

A reshipment, or
-
A refund for that specific shipment only
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, delivery intervals, or product details.
Any changes will be communicated prior to renewal where required by law.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact admin@missmaryofficial.com before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks submitted for valid, processed subscription renewals may be disputed with evidence showing:

Customer consent to recurring billing

Access to cancellation methods

Clear disclosure at checkout
Customer Responsibility
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

You are enrolling in a recurring billing agreement
