Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Our products are shipped internationally.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 10–25 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier handling.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. While many orders arrive sooner, international shipping is subject to factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We use established international eCommerce shipping partners to transport orders from our fulfilment centres, with final delivery completed by local postal or courier services in your country.

Carrier handoffs may occur during transit, and the final carrier may differ depending on the destination.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please be aware that:

  • Tracking updates may pause temporarily during international transit or customs clearance

  • Tracking typically resumes once the parcel reaches the local delivery network

This is a normal part of international shipping and does not indicate a lost package.


Delays

Although we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Peak seasons or high shipping volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • International logistics disruptions

  • Local carrier processing times

These factors are outside our direct control, but we actively monitor shipments and assist where possible.


Undelivered or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact our support team at admin@missmaryofficial.com.

We will investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A reshipment at no additional cost, or

  • A refund, where delivery cannot be confirmed
